Product itself works and holds the paint. Time will tell how well it “keeps” the paint useable. The boxes were crushed during shipping in the vinyl pouch. Not much of a first impression. I get that the shipping cost is lower using an envelope vs using a box, but something to ponder. If you’re planning to print new labels, if it were me I’d add a line where one can write “sheen” - gloss, matte, eggshell etc or have several sheen choices pre-printed on the label and a box to check that equates to the contents.
